Fundraiser for Metro Detroit Police & Fire Pipes & Drums Band

Please join the MIACC in our support for the Metro Detroit Police & Fire Pipes & Drums Band by attending and supporting a FUNdraiser on Saturday April 7 at Colleen’s Irish Pub in St. Clair Shores. The Metro Detroit Police & Fire Pipes & Drums Band honor fallen police officers and firefighters by performing at their memorials and funerals at NO COST TO THE FAMILIES. They travel all over the Midwest to honor these heroes at their own expense. Please support this wonderful group of people by attending and donating to this honorable cause. Irish Heritage Night at Jimmy John’s Field May 31

The United Shore Professional Baseball League is hosting Irish Heritage Night at Jimmy John’s Field in Utica on Thursday May 31, 2018. Join us for a fun night of Independent League Baseball along with Irish music, Irish Dancers, Bagpipers, Irish Whiskey Tasting and a few pints of Guinness and Harp. Meet MIACC members and watch MIACC President Joe McGill take part in on field pregame ceremonies by throwing out the “Ceremonial First Pitch”. Motor City Irish Fest Fundraiser at Dunleavy’s Allen Park Sunday April 15

The Motor City Irish Fest kick off celebration and fundraiser is being held on Sunday April 15 at Dunleavy’s Irish Pub Allen Park. Come out to Dunleavy’s for continuous live Irish entertainment, great food, a great atmosphere and enjoy a few pints to support the Motor City Irish Fest Raffles and MCIF merchandise will be available. Burger Night To Support St. Christine’s May 10, 2018

The annual Knights of Equity / Daughters Of Erin BURGER NIGHT to benefit St. Christine’s Food Pantry and Christian Services is taking place on Thursday May 10, 2018 at the AOH Hall 25300 Five Mile Rd. Redford from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Great burger, salad & baked beans for only $10 to raise funds for a wonderful organization. Irish entertainment will be provided. We hope to see you there.

The Michigan Irish American Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to our 6th Annual Gala on Tuesday March 13, 2018 at 6 pm at the Solar Room, Sinbad’s Restaurant 100 St. Clair St. Detroit, MI. Please join the MIACC as we welcome our very special guests from County Cork Ireland, Mayor Declan Hurley, and from the County Cork Council, Seamus McGrath, John Paul O’Shea, Nicola Radley, and Neal Healy. Our Master of Ceremony for the evening will be former city of Berkley Michigan Mayor, member of the Michigan Irish American Hall of Fame and Tipperary native, Dr. Phil O’Dwyer. The MIACC is pleased to honor awardees: Mike McGill (Entrepreneur of the Year), Sean Nichols (Legal Expert of the Year) and David O’Connor (Presidents Leadership Award).
